Website & Service Terms

YEEDI Payment Solution Limited provides technology, merchant enablement, implementation support and referral/orchestration services. Unless separately authorised in writing, YEEDI does not itself operate a payment system, issue a wallet, accept deposits, provide banking services, pool customer money or guarantee merchant approval.

Access to any payment, banking or financial product is subject to eligibility, KYC/KYB, underwriting, risk review, the selected authorised partner's agreement and applicable law. Product descriptions are informational and do not create an offer, approval or service commitment.

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, use the services only for lawful purposes and immediately report unauthorised access. Misrepresentation, impersonation, transaction laundering, split transactions and use for an undisclosed business are prohibited.

YEEDI may suspend onboarding or support where documents are incomplete, risk is unacceptable, law or partner policy requires it, or misuse is suspected. Fees, scope, service levels, liability and termination for paid services are governed by the relevant written order form or agreement.

02

Privacy & Consent Notice

We collect only data reasonably required to respond to enquiries, assess eligibility, support onboarding, provide contracted technology services, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and maintain audit records. This may include identity, contact, business, bank, device, usage and transaction-support information.

Before collecting personal data, the relevant form or workflow will identify the purpose and obtain consent where required. Data may be shared only with the selected authorised partner, verification/security provider, professional adviser, infrastructure provider or authority where necessary and lawful.

We apply role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, logging, least-privilege controls, incident response and vendor review. Payment credentials must not be submitted through ordinary enquiry forms. Card data is not stored by YEEDI unless a separately certified and approved environment expressly permits it.

Data is retained only for the service, legal, audit, dispute and fraud-prevention periods that apply, then securely deleted or anonymised. A person may request access, correction, erasure where applicable, withdraw consent, nominate another person or raise a grievance through the Legal & Compliance contact process.

03

Refund, Cancellation & Reversal Policy

Merchant product refunds are controlled by the merchant's published refund policy and processed through the authorised payment partner. YEEDI does not decide whether a customer's purchase qualifies for refund and does not hold the purchase money.

For a failed payment where the account is debited but the merchant does not receive a successful confirmation, the customer should first wait for the automatic reversal timeline prescribed for the applicable payment rail and then contact the merchant/issuing bank with the transaction reference. YEEDI will assist with routing or status escalation when the transaction relates to a supported merchant.

A successful transaction cannot be unilaterally reversed by YEEDI. Refunds, voids, chargebacks and disputes follow the merchant's policy, card/network/UPI rules, the partner's process and the issuing/acquiring bank's decision. Duplicate debits and technical failures will be escalated with available evidence.

Fees paid directly to YEEDI for onboarding, software configuration, subscription or professional services are refundable only as stated in the signed proposal/order form. Completed setup, consumed subscription periods, third-party fees and customised work are ordinarily non-refundable unless law or the written agreement requires otherwise.

04

Grievance & Dispute Resolution

Complaints should include the customer's name, merchant name, registered contact, transaction reference, date, amount, issue and supporting evidence. Never submit PINs, passwords, OTPs, CVV or full card credentials.

YEEDI will acknowledge service-related grievances, classify urgency, preserve an audit trail and route payment-processing matters to the responsible authorised partner. Resolution time depends on the payment rail, partner, bank, network and evidence required.

Level 1: Customer/merchant support. Level 2: Grievance Officer for unresolved or privacy-related complaints. Level 3: Nodal/Compliance escalation and the applicable authorised partner, bank, network, regulator or statutory forum.

Nothing in this process restricts a person's right to approach the appropriate bank, authorised payment system operator, RBI complaint mechanism where applicable, consumer commission, data-protection authority, law-enforcement agency or court.

Merchant Eligibility & Responsibilities

Merchants must be lawfully established, operate from disclosed channels, maintain required registrations/licences, publish genuine product/service descriptions, prices, delivery timelines, contact details, privacy terms and a clear refund/cancellation policy.

Merchants must complete KYB and beneficial-owner verification, provide bank proof, disclose websites/apps and business models, fulfil orders, issue invoices, preserve delivery evidence, respond to disputes and maintain adequate refund/chargeback reserves where required by the partner.

Onboarding is prohibited for illegal goods/services, transaction laundering, undisclosed aggregation, impersonation, deceptive or counterfeit activity, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, unlicensed gambling, unlawful lending/investment schemes, prohibited weapons/narcotics, sanctions evasion and any category barred by law or the selected partner.

Additional high-risk categories may require enhanced review, licences, reserves, monitoring or may be declined. Approval for one website, app, product or entity does not cover another without written confirmation.

06

Security, Acceptable Use & Incident Reporting

Users must not probe, scan, disrupt, reverse engineer, introduce malware, bypass access controls, scrape restricted data or use YEEDI systems for fraud, spam or unlawful surveillance.

Partner credentials, secret keys and signing keys remain server-side. Public websites and mobile apps use only approved public configuration or short-lived tokens. Webhooks are authenticated, replay-protected where supported and recorded for reconciliation.

Suspected fraud, data leakage, credential compromise or unauthorised transaction must be reported immediately through the support/grievance channel. YEEDI may preserve evidence, contain access, notify affected partners and cooperate with lawful directions.

Business continuity, backups, maker-checker approval, access reviews, vulnerability remediation and vendor oversight form part of the operating control framework and will be tested before production enablement.
